COMB's Engineering Division is responsible for designing, planning, budgeting, scheduling and construction management of COMB's Infrastructure Improvement Program and Habitat Improvement Programs of work. Staff members work closely with the Operations and Fisheries Division Managers on data gathering and technical analysis, hydrologic modeling, GIS and Right-of-Way program of work, environmental review and permitting, contract administration, and implementation of infrastructure improvement projects.
