The Administrative Division is responsible for managing the financial accounting, budgeting, information technology, contract administration, payroll and human resources activities of COMB.

COMB Operating Budget

The COMB Operating Budget (Budget) provides the foundation for implementing critical infrastructure improvement projects necessary to operate and maintain the Cachuma Project Transferred Project Works. In addition, the Budget supports the work associated with implementation of the Fish Management Plan and the 2000 Cachuma Project Biological Opinion.

COMB Audited Financial Report

An independent audit report is required to be completed annually by the State Controller’s office, the COMB JPA agreement and by various other financial institutions and agencies. An independent audit assures a high level of integrity and accountability for COMB’s financial position and internal controls.
